Congress did not maintain parity for pretax mass transit and parking benefits in 2014. Starting in January, the monthly limit for transit passes is $130. Employees who were participating above the $130 monthly limit saw their deductions automatically reduced in December. The monthly limit for pretax qualified parking was increased to $250.
